With the Burger Iron you can make perfect burgers in the round molds with a diameter of 4.7 inch directly in the fire. The ridged surface will give them the typical grilling pattern. The heat-storing material properties of the cast iron molds allow you to sear the burger patties in the flames or in embers and then cook them to perfection through the residual heat. Thanks to the flat, flush wood handles and the locking hook, you can close and hold the burger iron safely. For cleaning, simply separate both halves at the hinge. To easily remove roast residues in the grilling structure, we recommend to you the Petromax Scraper with ridges for cast iron.
